Do you know about Surah Hud?

"Surah Hud"

      " Introduction"

Surah Hud is the eleventh surah of the Holy Quran and it begins with the verse in the eleventh verse. The beginning of this Surah is starting with the letters Muqat al-ul, the meaning of which is known only by Allah and His Messenger. Surhud Makki is Surat. It has 10 bows and 123 verses. It is named after the Prophet of Allah, Hazrat Hud (peace be upon him), who was sent as a prophet to the people of Aad.

       "Main theme"

The main theme of Surah Hud is the statement of the beliefs of Islam, which are explained by historical facts and rational principles.

     "Basic subjects"

In the beginning of Surah Hud, the greatness and excellence of the Holy Qur'an is mentioned and two attributes of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, Basheer and Nazir are mentioned. By mentioning Hazrat Shoaib and Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), the people of Makkah have been encouraged to follow the good deeds of the previous nations, and to be obedient, believing and doing good deeds are the criteria. In the context of mentioning the Prophets (peace be upon them), the invitation to the common critics of the Prophets (peace be upon them), i.e. monotheism, prophethood and faith in the Hereafter, has been repeatedly exhorted.

The reason for mentioning these Prophets before you (peace be upon you) is to console you (peace be upon you) that just as obstacles were placed in their path, the same is the case with the disbelievers (peace be upon them). are also doing it, so you, may God bless you and grant him peace, be committed to your da'wah.

In this case, there is a mention of the boat of Hazrat Nuh (peace be upon him), which his people made fun of, but when the storm came, the oven also boiled.

" The difference between a believer and an unbeliever"

In this case, the example of those who do not accept the truth is like the blind and the deaf. The example of those who accept the truth is like the seeing and the hearing. Similarly, believers and unbelievers cannot be equal in this world and in the hereafter. The abode of the believer is heaven and the abode of the unbeliever is hell.

Hazrat Hud (peace be upon him) and his people are mentioned in the story. Hazrat Hud (peace be upon him) invited the people of Aad to monotheism, ordered the people to ask forgiveness and repent, in return for which he gave additional good news in the descent of blessings and sustenance. Taught to trust in oneself.

Hazrat Saleh (peace be upon him) invited the people of Thamud to monotheism, repentance, forgiveness, and faith and belief. The people of Hazrat Saleha (peace be upon him) demanded that the camel be released from the mountain, but this nation believed despite the demand being fulfilled, and finally it was shaken by a strong thorn.

Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and Hazrat Lot (peace be upon him) have been mentioned after the people of Thamud. Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) has been blessed with Hazrat Ishaq (peace be upon him) and Hazrat Yaqub (peace be upon him). On the rebellion of the people of Lot, the entire settlement was overturned and rain of stones was rained down, which destroyed the nation.

In Surah Hud, while mentioning Hazrat Shuaib (peace be upon him) and his people, it is mentioned that the people of Hazrat Shuaib (peace be upon him) were lacking in measure, he (peace be upon him) told them to believe in Allah, to fulfill the measure, to do justice. And urged to refrain from mischief. He was threatened with punishment by Allah and in response to his call for repentance and forgiveness, the nation threatened to stone him to death. Despite this, he continued to perform his duty. Finally, due to rebellion, your nation was destroyed.

In Surah Hud, while mentioning Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) and Pharaoh, it is stated that Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) was sent to Pharaoh, but he did not believe in the call of Prophet (peace be upon him) and finally drowned in the sea along with his army.

In this case, the people of Makkah have been invited to reflect on the effects and events of the destruction of all the nations mentioned above and to learn from them.

At the end of the situation, along with the exhortation to the Prophet to persevere in the face of difficulties, it was also ordered that he should continue to perform the duty of preaching the religion with steadfastness, resist the oppressors, establish prayer, and be patient. Do not give up, worship Allah and then put your trust in Him.
