"Surah Al - Kahf "

    " Introduction "

     Yar Kahf is a Meccan form. This is the 1st surah of Karngeet. It has 12 bows and 110 verses. This surah is starting from the fifteenth recitation. In this case, Asaf Kahf is mentioned and the meaning of al-Kahf is a cave. Accordingly, it is called Surah Al-Kahf. 

    The people of Makkah asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) questions about the spirit of Dhul-Qarnain and the Companions of the Cave. The answer about Dhul-Qarnain and the Companions of the Cave is given in Surah Al-Kahf, and the answer about Russia is given in Surah Bani Israel. This Surah was revealed at that time. When the proclamation of Hadith had begun, the Muslims who were persecuted by the infidels were given courage and encouragement by narrating the story of the Companions of the Kahf in this early period.

     The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said while describing the virtues of Surah Al-Kahf:

  Whoever recites Surah Al-Kahf on Friday, light will be made bright between two Fridays.

     On another occasion, the Prophet (PBUH) said:

   memorized the first 10 verses of Surah Kahf, he was protected from the temptation of Dajjal.

    "Main theme"

    The main theme of this surah is to make man aware that in every blessing given by Allah, there is a test for man and only one who fulfills the test is called a believer in the true sense.

    " Basic subjects "

   The first bowing of Sadr Kahf is a trial of the blessed sun, in which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is comforted that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) should not make himself sad because of these polytheists.
The story of the Companions of the Cave has been narrated while consoling the Muslims regarding the difficulties encountered in the path of truth. Allah blessed them with sleep, after which they were taken up. This companion slept in the cave for 309 years. It has been advised to keep one's relationship with the believers strong and to keep oneself away from the heedless people.    The importance of thanking Allah Ta'ala is explained by example. In Surat Al-Kahf, the impermanence and impermanence of the world is described by example.

    In Surah Al-Kahf, the meeting of Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) and the righteous servant of Allah, Hazrat Khidr (peace be upon him) is mentioned. That is, when he saw opening a hole in a boat, killing a child and repairing a wall, he expressed his concern, upon which Hazrat Khizr (peace be upon him) gave a clear explanation explaining all the things and said that all these matters were given by Allah Ta'ala. have been executed in fulfillment of the order.

     Zul-Qarnain is mentioned in Sadr Kaaf. Zul-Qarnain means two-edged. Zul-Qarnain are rulers who do justice and believe in Allah and the Hereafter.

      When he saw Gog and Magog killing and spreading havoc in the land, he imprisoned them by building a strong wall of iron and copper between the mountains. One of the signs of the Resurrection is the sign.

      At the end of Surah Al-Kahf, addressing the Prophet, peace be upon him, it has been said:

      Tell them that the greatest loser is the one who has denied the remembrance of Allah after this world and the meeting with Allah on the Day of Judgment, i.e. the Hereafter. Hell is for those who believe. And for those who have done good deeds, they will have the blessings of Paradise.
